Use brown eyeliner and mascara. id say use purple eyeshadow, maybe with a little black on the outside corners. a light pink blush, not too light if your medium skinned. clear or lightly colored pink gloss should work fine. =D
brown eyeliner bronze eyeshadow with mascara put the eyeliner on top of the eyeshadow with light pink blush and a beige lip gloss very glossy
Ahhh..the dress is very pretty! Hazel eyes always do well with very light eyeshadow especially with the medium skin tone.

With your hazel eyes, I'd go with purple eyeshadow, and a rosy blush.
