Well maybe at target um theres this thing where you put it by your arm and what ever one goes clear should be the best color for you
you should use a really dark color. like a dark creamy cappuccino colored blush. and apply UNDER your cheekbone. because if you put in right above it, it looks like you have dark circles in your eyes.

after you work out, and you are flush, that is the color blush you want to get ...opt for colors that you would naturally see on someone when they are blushing.
