Does anyone have any tips on how to select a blush color?

My description: brown eyes, dark brown hair, and light olive skin (I would be something like NC25 in MAC makeup, i think).

I pretty much look like my avatar lol.

Any tips on how to choose a blush color? The blush that i'm interested in now is called ';Spicy Apricot'; but i can;t find any pictures of it to show here unfortunately. I just hope that it will be a good match.

Any tips are appreciated in general.

if you're pale, go wtih a peach or pink, if you're olive or dark, go with a color that's a peachy-brown color one shade darker than your skintoneDoes anyone have any tips on how to select a blush color?
Go to www.youtube.com There are a lot of videos from professionals that explain and show. It's great. Try.

allure or ignite might be a good color for you.

pink looks good on pretty much everyone
I would also say I have olive toned skin. And my FAVORITE blush (that tends to work on almost everyone's skin tone) is NARS orgasm blush. I know...it sounds naughty. But it's the best, and last for FOREVER. Let me know what you think, hope I could help. The best place to get NARS is sephora or nordstrom, or ULTA (if you have one)
hii..

my best choice for any type of color of skin would be in between redish pinkish..but to make sure put in you arm ..lightest part if it stands out too much then that will be no good get one that has a rich color but that is nice if you need more you will add more to your face instead of taking it..off..

good luck.. finding one..
i read somewhere on a makeup site once that you're supposed to pinch your cheeks, and the colour they go is the colour you should get for blush?
Spicy apricot actually sounds like a good choice. Peachy type colors work well on all skin colors. Shades of pink too as long as they look natural. You could try pinching your cheek area (ouch!) to see what color it turns. That is usually a good as to what you look like naturally when you blush. Good Luck...
since ur olive toned just use a golden bronzer and dust it over ur cheek bone area it'll bring out ur natural skin pigments and give a sparkle but a more glamorous look
you could easily get away with light browny/peachy tones.

i'd stay way from blue based reds (deep almost purple), and go for any yellow based pinks, apricots, browns.
